Accessibility Statement

At the White Hawk Society for Personal Support, we strive to make www.beli-jastreb.eu useful, understandable and as accessible as possible to all visitors, including people with different disabilities.

This voluntary statement follows the WCAG guidelines and EN 301 549. The website is not intended for online sales and is not an e-commerce service.

Accessibility level

Based on a self-assessment, the website is partially accessible. Core content works with common browsers, responsive layout, skip-to-content navigation and keyboard navigation.

Some parts may still not be fully adapted to every user or assistive technology.

Content that may not be fully accessible

  • Some PDF documents may not be fully compatible with screen readers.
  • Some images or partner logos may lack suitable alternative text.
  • Some forms and plugins depend on external WordPress extensions.
  • Some spacing, contrast or heading order may not yet be optimal.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on May 1, 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment of publicly available pages. Accessibility will be improved progressively during content and technical updates.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility problem or need content in another format, please contact us. We will try to help and remedy identified shortcomings where possible.

Handling procedure

We will respond within a reasonable time. If a technical change or document adaptation is needed, we will assess whether it can be implemented considering the complexity, available resources and purpose of the content.

Because this statement is published voluntarily and the website is not, to our understanding, a public-sector website under applicable accessibility law, it does not replace formal procedures where such procedures expressly apply.
